Locke (foot) is active for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
Locke was activated from injured reserve Saturday and has been officially cleared to return from a five-game absence due to a foot injury. His presence strengthens the Cowboys' depth in the secondary and gives the team another contributor on special teams.
