Carter worked out with the Texans on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Carter ended the 2025 season in late September with a serious knee issue. The wide receiver was the Browns' top kick and punt returner before the issue and is finally ready to reclaim a spot on an NFL roster. With the Texans' lead returner Jaylin Noel (finger) on the active/non-football injury list, Carter may have a chance to prove himself to the team.
