The Dolphins signed Scarlett to a reserve/future contract Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Scarlett didn't appear in a regular-season game in 2020, but he did spend time on the Lions' practice squad. The former Florida Gators standout will now get an opportunity to compete for a depth role with Miami this offseason.
