Smith (hamstring) is not practicing Thursday, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
This marks the second straight day of missed practice for Smith, who is dealing with a hamstring injury. Smith's status looks to be in question heading into Sunday's crucial showdown with the Rams. He missed some practice time last week and was still able to play, but this is the second straight DNP for Smith.
