Smith (hamstring) is listed as out for Sunday night's game against the Commanders.
Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) has also been ruled out, so both wideouts will miss a second straight contest. Look for Makai Lemon, Darius Cooper, Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore to soak up most of the snaps at wideout for Philadelphia.
