Smith (hamstring) was working on the JUGS machine during Wednesday's practice, Olivia Reiner of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Smith thus is unlikely to practice Wednesday after missing the last two games due to a nagging hamstring issue. Head coach Nick Sirianni told Zach Berman of The Athletic on Monday that he's hopeful Smith will return this Sunday versus the Panthers, but he likely will need to mix into some drills this week to have a chance to do so.
