Thurmond (hamstring/calf) did not practice Wednesday.
While Byron Maxwell has struggled since leaving the comfy confines of the Legion of Boom, Thurmond has excelled in his new home with the Eagles, filling in nicely at safety for the struggling defense. The 28-year-old converted cornerback was able to play in last Thursday's brutal Thanksgiving loss to the Lions despite an injury to his hamstring, so it's possible Thurmond could suit up against the Patriots this Sunday, but that decision likely won't arrive until closer to the weekend.
