Gipson was claimed off waivers following Week 3, but he'll be a healthy scratch for a second straight game with his new team. His next chance to make his Eagles debut will come Thursday against the Giants in New York. Philadelphia's only active wideouts for Sunday's game are A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Jahan Dotson and John Metchie.
