Terrell (shoulder) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Will McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.
The cornerback told reporters that he would be available to play Sunday against the Panthers, per D. Orlando Ledbetter of BowTieSports.com. Terrell missed practice Wednesday after briefly exiting last Sunday's loss to Pittsburgh following a shoulder injury. He did return to the game and play on 62 defensive snaps overall.
