Rush (coach's decision) is listed as inactive but will serve as the Falcons' emergency third quarterback for Sunday's game against the Bears.
Rush sits as the emergency third option behind Michael Penix and Tua Tagovailoa. Rush will only enter the game if both Penix and Tagovailoa are unable to play.
