Rush (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Ravens but will serve as the emergency quarterback, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Rush will once again serve as the emergency third option behind Michael Penix and Tua Tagovailoa. Rush will only enter the game if neither Penix nor Tagovailoa can continue to play.
