The Falcons signed Burns to a reserve/future contract Tuesday Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.
Burns went undrafted out of UConn in 2023 and spent the summer with the Bears before landing on Chicago's practice squad. He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
