The Cowboys will likely struggle to run the ball in Week 6 against Detroit, which means this is a game Dak Prescott will be throwing a lot. And while CeeDee Lamb and Jake Ferguson should see plenty of targets from Prescott, the same goes for Jalen Tolbert now. He's one of my favorite DFS plays for this scoring period.
Tolbert is coming off a strong game at Pittsburgh in Week 5 with seven catches for 87 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets. That's now two games in his past four outings with at least nine targets, and he has two touchdowns in his past three contests.
He'll continue to see an increase in playing time with Brandin Cooks (knee) out. And this matchup against the Lions is fantastic since Detroit is No. 2 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers.
Seven receivers have scored at least 12.9 PPR points against the Lions and six have scored at least 10.4 half-PPR points. Three receivers have scored touchdowns against Detroit in four games, while seven have topped 61 receiving yards.
Tolbert is $5,000 on DraftKings and $6,100 on FanDuel. He should crush that value given his matchup and opportunity, and I'm excited to play Tolbert in multiple lineups in Week 6.
