Phillips had five total tackles (five solo) and 2.0 sacks in Sunday's 27-27 tie with the Commanders.
Phillips hadn't recorded a sack since his rookie campaign. However, the 24-year-old got to Jayden Daniels twice in Week 5, with his second sack resulting in a Commanders punt and eventually a 17-yard touchdown from Malik Nabers to tie the game at the end of the fourth quarter.
