Ihenacho will sign with the Giants on Thursday, the Record's Art Stapleton reports.
Ihenacho logged 10 starts with the Redskins last season, notching 66 tackles and two passes defensed throughout 15 total games. The veteran safety turns 28 years old in June, and he figures to provide depth at strong safety behind Landon Collins in New York.
