Winn signed a contract with the Giants on Tuesday, ESPN.com's Jordan Raanan reports.
The Giants placed Shane Vereen (triceps) on injured reserve, so Winn will be brought onto the roster to restore some depth at the position. Winn will find himself fourth on the team's depth chart, however, so it's unlikely he'll produce much in the way of fantasy value over the final two weeks of the season.
