Ebner (ankle) won't play in the Giants' Week 9 contest against the Raiders, Zack Rosenblatt of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.
Ebner was unable to practice leading up to Week 8, and he ultimately wasn't able to play against the Chiefs. The safety will miss his second consecutive game, and the Giants will be without the special-teams option for the third time this season.
