Owusu (concussion) did not practice Thursday, ESPN's Rich Cimini reports.
Owusu missed three weeks earlier in the season with a knee injury and now will need to pass concussion protocol in order to play in Week 8. The 25-year-old recorded two catches for 25 yards on four targets against the Patriots in Week 7, so it remains to be seen how effective Owusu might be even if he was cleared to play.
