Scarlett was signed to the Dolphins' practice squad Thursday, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
Scarlett was cut from Miami's practice squad in early September, but he'll rejoin the organization since several of the team's running backs are on the reserve/COVID-19 list ahead of Week 15. Even if the 25-year-old is elevated ahead of Sunday's game against the Jets, he'll likely serve in a depth capacity.
