Lucas (ankle) was listed as a full participant on the Lions' injury report Wednesday.
Lucas has not played since suffering an ankle injury during Detroit's Week 7 loss to the Cowboys. However, the rookie appears to be healthy again after logging a full session during the Lions' first practice of Week 11. Expect Lucas to reprise a core special-teams role against the Giants on Sunday.
