Norwood (hip) was released from the Panthers' injured reserve list on Friday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Norwood, a 2014 fourth-round selection by the Seahawks, has been nursing a hip pointer since Carolina's fourth preseason contest. He's now eligible to sign elsewhere.
