Soliai has signed a two-year deal with the Panthers, ESPN.com reports.
Soliai, who recorded 22 tackles in 14 games with the Falcons last season, will join the Panthers' defensive tackle rotation behind starters Star Lotulelei and Kawann Short, helping to make up for the team's release of Dwan Edwards and the potential free agent departure of Kyle Love.
