James (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's clash against the Cardinals, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
James suffered a concussion in the Raiders' Week 1 loss to the Chargers and will not clear the league's required protocol ahead of Sunday's game. His next chance to suit up will come in Week 3 versus the Titans.
