Philon (ankle) isn't expected to practice Wednesday, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
Reed reports that Philon picked up the ankle injury during the Raiders' Week 9 loss to the Giants. The 27-year-old defensive tackle played 20 defensive snaps and recovered a fumble during the loss, but his status for Week 10 is in jeopardy.
