Philon (illness) exited the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday.
Philon was added to the league's health protocols after testing positive for the virus earlier this week, but he has recovered quickly enough to be available for Sunday's game against the Colts. Philon has appeared in nine games for the Raiders this season, racking up 15 tackles (11 solo), two sacks, and two recovered fumbles.
