Holmes and the Raiders agreed on a contract Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Holmes racked up eight total tackles (four solo) with the Giants in the preseason before being released Tuesday, but it didn't take him long to find a new home in Las Vegas. The 26-year-old will operate as a depth option at cornerback behind Jack Jones and Jakorian Bennett in the Raiders' secondary to open the 2024 season.
