Gay made all three of his field-goal attempts and both extra-point tries in Sunday's 35-27 win over the Saints.
The kicker hit field goals from 41, 37 and 25 yards out, respectively, helping the Raiders light up the scoreboard. Gay has yet to miss this season, and the 3-0 Raiders have scored at least 26 points in every game.
