Farley signed with the Raiders on Thursday.
Farley will join his third team in as many seasons after inking a deal with Las Vegas. The 30-year-old played 17 games for the Titans last season, collecting 16 tackles, including a team-high 11 special-teams stops. Farley should once again primarily serve as a specialist role while adding depth to Las Vegas' secondary.
