Kiser signed a contract with the Raiders on Monday.
Kiser spent the majority of the 2021 season in Denver, finishing with 19 tackles (nine solo) in 10 games. He also appeared in one game with the Rams, recording 17 snaps on special teams. Barring any big signings at linebacker, Kiser appears to be in line for an increased role with the Raiders defense.
