Hobbs (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Hobbs was injured in Week 9 against the Bengals and will miss his second consecutive contest. Decamerion Richardson, Jack Jones and Darnay Holmes paced the Raiders' cornerbacks in playing time last Sunday against Miami.
