Butler (undisclosed) passed a physical and was activated from the active/non-football injury list Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Butler was placed on the list last Thursday for unknown reasons. Last year with Buffalo, he collected just 11 tackles in 10 games, Now with the Raiders, the 2016 first-round selection will work to make a bigger impact on his new team.
