James (Achilles) is participating at minicamp this week, Mike Preston of The Baltimore Sun reports.
James sat out 2021 while recovering from a torn Achilles, but it appears he'll be healthy for the start of training camp. The 30-year-old also opted out of the 2020 campaign due to COVID-19, so he hasn't seen game action since 2019.
