After visiting a neck specialist, Redskins quarterback Colt McCoy was medically cleared to play Sunday against the Giants, a team source told ESPN on Friday. McCoy took all first-team reps during Friday's practice and was formally listed as questionable for the game prior to his visit. It remains to be seen if he'll be officially upgraded to probable leading up to the game.

McCoy was picked off twice and held to 199 passing yards against the Rams before leaving on the final drive of Week 14 with the injury. He has four touchdowns and three interceptions through four games played.
