The Colts believe tight end Dwayne Allen suffered a high ankle sprain during Sunday's loss against the Patriots, a source told ESPN.
However, two sources told NFL.com that Allen suffered a low-ankle sprain Week 11. While Allen might miss time, the injury is not considered severe, according to the NFL.com report.
Allen suffered the injury early in Sunday's game, and his absence allowed tight end Coby Fleener to have a career day. Fleener led the team with 144 receiving yards on seven catches.
