Carr is in line to play in Sunday's preseason game at San Francisco, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Not only will Carr and the rest of the Saints' healthy starters suit up this weekend, they'll get a fair amount of run. On two possessions last Saturday in Arizona, Carr completed just two of six passes for 12 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions, so coach Dennis Allen likely will want to see the offense function a bit more crisply Sunday. In his first campaign in New Orleans in 2023, Carr completed 68 percent of his passes for 3,878 yards, 25 touchdowns and eight interceptions in 17 regular-season contests.
