Foskey (thigh) will not return Sunday against the Bears, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.
Foskey was considered questionable to return upon suffering the injury in the first half, but the second-round selected rookie will be unable to do so. In his absence, Tanoh Kpassagnon should see extra snaps behind Cameron Jordan and Carl Granderson.
