Abram signed with the Saints' 53-man roster from their practice squad Thursday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Abram had previously been elevated three times this season by New Orleans, although he hasn't suited up since Week 5 against the Patriots. With Marcus Maye (shoulder) questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions, the Saints have opted to bring Abram back to their active roster to strengthen their depth in the secondary.
