Adams signed a reserve/future contract with the Saints on Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Adams was cut from New Orleans' practice squad ahead of Week 18 and now is back with the organization. He appeared in one game for the Jets before being waived in early October, and he eventually latched on with the Saints' practice squad.
