New Orleans signed Kirkwood to its active roster Tuesday, Brooke Kirchhoker of NOF Network reports.
The Saints waived Kirkwood on Saturday, but now they've decided to bring him back on board. He's drawn just four targets over seven games in 2023, returning one reception for one yard.
