The Saints activated Roach off injured reserve Saturday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Roach missed the first four games of the campaign after landing on injured reserve due to an undisclosed injury, but he's in line to make his season debut in Week 5. Over the last two seasons, the undrafted defensive tackle has appeared in 16 games for the Saints, totaling 26 tackles and one interception.
