Bills tight ends Scott Chandler and Tony Moeaki both returned to action Friday night against the Panthers in preseason action.

Chandler was targeted once in the second drive of the game and was held without a catch. Moeaki, who missed the preseason opener against the Giants because of a hamstring injury, entered the game in the second half but did not receive a target.
