Young (hamstring) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Young appears to be past a hamstring injury that prevented from playing against the 49ers in Week 1 and is on track to play against the Steelers on Sunday. He should see most of his playing time on special teams, including as a kick returner alongside George Holani.
