Allen (knee) is listed as inactive Sunday against the Cardinals, the Steelers' official site reports.
The Steelers will be without a number of key members of the regular defense, including Allen, Will Allen (ankle), Ryan Shazier (shoulder), and Jarvis Jones (hip). Without Cortez Allen, Brandon Boykin and Doran Grant are in line for some snaps at cornerback.
