Freiermuth (concussion) was a full participant in Thursday's practice session, Dale Lolley of DKPittsburghSports.com reports.
Freiermuth sustained a concussion in Week 15 and was unavailable for last week's loss to Kansas City as a result. However, he made a significant step in his recovery by participating fully in practice Thursday, and it appears as though he'll have a good chance of clearing the concussion protocol ahead of Monday's game against the Browns.
