Williams was waived by the Chargers on Tuesday, Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
Williams was released by the Chargers earlier in the season but was brought back by the team a little over a month ago. The cornerback has seen his defensive reps drop off in recent weeks with Brandon Flowers and Casey Hayward solidifying their roles as the team's starters.
