Texans' Brevin Jordan: Plays offense for first time

Jordan caught both of his targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 31-20 loss to the Colts.

Jordan was used on offense for the first time this season after playing special teams only in Week 1. He was third among the position group with 15 snaps, but Jordan is considered a better ball-catcher than No. 2 tight end Teagan Quitoriano. The franchise had high hopes for Jordan when he was drafted in 2021, but the third-year veteran failed to prove he's deserving of a larger role. Dalton Schultz is the clear No. 1 at this point.
