Coach David Culley named Mills the Texans' starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the Seahawks and the rest of the season, Drew Dougherty of the Texans' official site reports.
The 23-year-old filled in as the starter while Tyrod Taylor was sidelined by injury earlier in the campaign, and the third-round rookie now will be atop the depth chart for the final five games of the season. Mills doesn't offer much fantasy upside, as he's completed 65 percent of his passes on 223 attempts for 1,406 yards with seven touchdowns and eight interceptions in eight contests.
