Scruggs (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup versus Miami.
This was Scruggs' expected designation, as he was deemed likely to miss at least two games after injuring his foot Week 13 against the Jaguars. With the second-year left guard out of action this Sunday, Kendrick Green or Nick Broeker (hand) will likely be called upon for a start.
