Brown didn't practice Wednesday due to a shoulder injury.
Brown apparently picked up the injury during the Texans' loss to the Patriots on Sunday, when he caught two of four targets for 22 yards while playing 64 percent of the offensive snaps. The 27-year-old will likely need to practice in some capacity Thursday or Friday to have a chance to suit up this weekend against the Colts.
