Texans' Tytus Howard: Won't play Week 10

Howard (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Howard entered the league's concussion protocol during the Texans' Week 9 loss to the Broncos. He was unable to practice all week before being ruled out for Sunday's AFC South clash, so Blake Fisher will likely start at right tackle in Howard's absence.
